Each option is one complete training: two half-days online, 09:00–15:00 CET each day. The fee covers both sessions and your prework questionnaire.

Joining from outside the Netherlands? We will confirm the applicable VAT treatment and total price before you commit to your booking.

A small group, confirmed one week ahead.

The training requires at least four registrations. You will receive a go-ahead or cancellation email by November 5 or November 19, respectively. If Skylake cancels, you can choose a full refund or a transfer.

Practical details.

Bring an open mind and a private space.

This training can explore personal experiences and patterns you may not have noticed before. Some conversations may feel challenging or go deeper than expected. Come ready to reflect, practice and receive feedback. You choose what you share, and everyone is asked to respect each other’s boundaries and privacy.

What do I need?

A laptop suitable for online video sessions, a reliable internet connection, pen and paper. Join from a private space where others cannot overhear you or the group. Plan to attend both sessions.

Can I join from another country? What language is used?

Yes. Participants from any country are welcome. All times are CET, Netherlands time. The training is led in English, with Dutch translation during sessions where needed. Interested in training in Dutch for your group? Please email Gary first to discuss the options.

Payment and preparation deadlines

Payment is due within five working days of your invoice, or by November 9 for the first session and November 23 for the second, whichever comes first. This allows two full working days to complete the questionnaire, which is sent after payment. If payment is overdue, we will contact you before releasing your place.

Your registration confirmation and the final training go-ahead are separate emails. The go-ahead follows the minimum group check one week before the training.

What if I need to cancel?

You may cancel free of charge until 17:00 CET on: October 29 for the November 12–13 training, or November 12 for the November 25–27 training.

If you cancel after that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the training fee applies. If you find a suitable replacement within one week of your cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Transfers are by agreement and subject to availability. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights take precedence. If Skylake cancels, you receive a full refund or may choose a transfer.
