Play during teamdays, offsites and events.
When people need to loosen up and connect.

People usually hope that the coffee breaks and drinks at the end of an event will do the magic of connection. It does work of course, but only to an extent.
Teammaker Ignite gives you the moment everyone wants but few people know how to create: real participation, energy and connection that still feels professional.

Teammaker Ignite was first used during an international offsite for Sales Directors. The group works globally and comes together only once a year for a strategy offsite.
The organizers were under some pressure. They wanted to connect the Directors to strengthen their effectiveness as a remote team, but they had no idea how to do it. They had only scheduled 60 minutes in the agenda to break the ice. The rest of the day was packed with strategy discussions.
That is where Teammaker Ignite came to the rescue. The game was brought to the table and did exactly what was needed. Within 60 minutes, the group completed the challenges together. It immediately created fun, relaxation, and connection. During the strategy discussions, there was more focus, and people found it easier to approach one another because the ice had been broken.
