I work with organizations and their ambitious strategies, at all levels, locally in the Netherlands, and all over the world.
I love what I do: help organisations to connect strategy to behavior. This combination proves to be a tricky one for most leaders and companies. Skylake fills a very particular need that occurs in most teams, and organisations.
Good to know: I am most effective around people that embrace their ambitions head-on, respectful but with strong determination to achieve results. I am a big fan of free thinkers that care to improve rather than stabilize.
Are you curious to see what's possible if we put in the work? Then we fit!
People that work with me say I am refreshingly creative, quick to understand your issue, and a dedicated, versatile professional with a sense of humor! You don't ever need to chase me, I am very pro-active, autonomous and collaborative by nature. I will ask you difficult questions though and push your thinking - that might lead to brave actions and important outcomes. But that's a good thing, right?
Let's connect for a chat and discuss what is happening in your world.
Skylake was founded for one particular reason: to help others tackle strategic and behavioral challenges at every scale. Even though Skylake has a wonderful origin story: the short version is that "Sky" stands for our intentions, goals, dreams, ambitions; and "Lake" stands for the undercurrent, our behavior, the unknowns. I want to help connect those two to improve experiences.
The world needs more people that can connect these complex elements, in my humble opinion. Sometimes it's about the plan, sometimes it's about behavior, and most of the time it's about the constant balance between them. I want to help organizations and individuals better maneuver in this world where abstract meets concrete and vice versa - and at a staggering pace. I believe we can do better in these complex endeavors, and in doing better we can become who we want to be and do things how we want to do them. If we really want to achieve great things together, even if they start as small things, let's help eachother.
Skylake's principles:
Exposure leads to learning
Effort leads to motivation
Help leads to results
Skylake's purpose is to be a helping hand for you, so that you can actually achieve the changes you dream of and likely faster than you would be able to on your own.
Skylake dedicates its time, effort, and goodness to make change tangible, powerful and unforgetable.
Skylake's tactic is to creatively implement and catalyze your uncovered needs, be it individual, in teams, large groups, or organizations.
Skylake wants to be the powerful pebble causing the ripple effect so often needed for lasting change.
